Looking for a 2003 line please help

I have a few items from a 2003 line and I would really like to know what line they come from. These items mean so much to me and I would like to find copies to keep because they are in bad shape. I am mainly interested int he baby blanket. Here is whet the tag says:

The blanket is cream color in the middle and has floral patterns around the edges. Thank you again.
