That line description would be Best in Show which has no yellow color, or dresses shaped like that one. So it is a true sample, I suppose, one of a kind. Could you post a close up of both sides of the cloth tag, and a close up of the paper tag? Would be interested in seeing how the manufacturer processed a sample.
Did the manufacturer stamp the dress somewhere as a sample so that it couldn't be worn?
